III. PART DU TITRE III DANS LE BUDGET DE LA DÉFENSE

L'évolution des deux titres au sein du budget de la Défense est retracée dans le tableau ci-contre.

Le titre III minoritaire jusqu'en 1995 est maintenant majoritaire provoquant un effet en ciseau qui l'éloigne d'un titre V de plus en plus réduit.
